Case Study 1 The practice took the role of Team Leader and helped bring to a successful ending an ambitious IP related government technical assistance project in the Balkan region. The subject-matter of the assignment was the creation of a web-based platform to facilitate cooperation between the various IP rights enforcement agencies of the said country.

Case Study 2 Nikos Prentoulis acted as legal expert for the technical consultant of the client, a hybrid public authority. We were responsible for the design of a complex tender procedure encompassing the first football ground naming rights matter in Greece.
